The Wing Heong brand of dried meat had its beginnings in the early 1970s with its founder, Mr. Mun Wing, embarking on a rigorous product testing exercise among family and friends to come up with the ultimate recipe.
Mr. Mun experimented with numerous recipes, particularly for sliced pork meat - a Wing Heong specialty before settling on one that today is much loved by customers.
